EXECUTIVE OFFICERS
Rajesh Patel has over 25 years of experience in design, structured analysis, and data base management systems. Rajesh started his career at Microsoft Corporation and spent 6 years working his way from Technical Support, to Senior Engineer and finally to International Support for High Profile Accounts. Rajesh left Microsoft to spend 14 years at Clarus Corporation. At Clarus Rajesh was the Senior Database Administrator, programmer, quality control, support and maintenance for Clarus's internal CRM System. Rajesh came to MET-TEST in 2003 and is the primary architect of the entire forward facing customer applications as well as the internal support systems. MET-TEST's Atlanta based Operations Center, supporting all customers, reports to Rajesh. Rajesh obtained a Bachelor in Information Technology Systems from Devry University.
Dr. Chaudhry is a founder and clinical thought leader at MET-TEST. He spent four years in private clinical practice with emphasis in general medicine, noninvasive cardiology, echocardiography and stress testing and has served as chairman of the department of medicine at Emory Dunwoody Medical Center. He has a keen interest in preventive and non-invasive diagnostic cardiology. He has spent his time at Met-test developing and fine tuning their cardiopulmonary exercise testing (CPET) platform as the world’s first standardized & centralized service. Dr. Chaudhry is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry with honors. He went on to earn his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia with post-graduate residency training in internal medicine at Emory University. He has publications in cardiology and general medicine journals and is involved in peer review.
Ed is an accomplished executive with over 30 years of experience working with high tech companies. Ed's experience includes over 20 years in operational strategies. He has built lasting relationships with clients, partners and vendors. His strong analytical and critical thinking skills enable sound problem solving to drive long-term improvement in company operations. At MET-test, Ed has implemented new production and operations support systems to enhance and streamline the company’s operations. Ed brings a visionary strategy with a practical application to create effective and efficient processes. Prior to MET-test, Ed was the Vice-President of Sales for Computer Generation Incorporated. Ed performed all aspects of sales and account management while consistently exceeded quotas by 200%. His customers included the largest telecom operators in the USA, Europe and Canada. Previously Ed developed and deployed real-time hardware/ software systems for the automotive, petroleum and water/waste water treatment systems. Ed has an accomplished record of achieving organizational improvements through articulate communication, persistent effort and strong teamwork. Ed is a graduate of The Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering.

Ended academic career in 1989 and moved to Atlanta Georgia to become President of T-2 Medical a physician centric Home Health Company Responsible for revenue growth between 1989 and 1993 from 50M to 300M and for listing T-2 on NYSE. Post T-2 functioned as President of OTI a Division of PhyMatrix which was a physician management company in Florida. Left PhyMatrix in 1997 to form NMCR a physician oriented education company and from 1997--2006 led the growth of NMCR to the largest oncology oriented education company in the USA prior to its purchase by Amerisource Bergen. Since 2006, I have functioned as the owner of Lincoln Lee Investments, LLC a family owned investment organization oriented to Health Care Investments Serve on numerous Public and Private Boards and am the author of over 100 publications in peer reviewed medical publication.
Mr. Massaro has over 20 years experience in private equity investing, investment banking and financial management. Sal works closely with David Ellis in evaluating and executing investments on behalf of clients and for EGL. Sal’s background includes Prudential-Bache Venture Capital, Telesphere International, and Price Waterhouse. Sal is a former President of the Southern Regional Association of SBIC’s and member of the NASBIC Board of Governors. Sal holds a M.B.A. from Harvard University and B.S.B.A. from Georgetown University.

That interest has turned into a relentless pursuit of utilizing cardiopulmonary exercise technology (CPET) and integrating this information with other test data to set a new standard for improving cardiac disease management and patient outcomes.
